Go-ahead for 325,000 sq ft Billingham industrial

Around £4m of the investment will see vacant warehouses of 70,000 sq ft and 50,000 sq ft overhauled by the developer.

Homes England has selected Arlington Real Estate as its joint venture partner to progress West Hartford Business Park, a 136-acre Northumberland site owned by the regeneration body.
