Tickets for Place North’s 2025 events are selling fast and with new events launched this year, now is the time to check you aren’t missing out on anything – for the first time, we are also offering a 50% discount on tickets for local authorities and housing associations.
Place North’s conferences span the full North West, Yorkshire, and North East regions, and focus in on specific sectors, geographies, and trends, to provide relevant and up-to-date content for professionals from across the property industry.
A wide variety of topics means there is something for everyone, with subjects ranging from sustainability, to industrial and logistics, to emerging development hotspots.
Our speakers are made up of public and private sector experts specifically relevant to each topic, to ensure the content is fresh and informative.
This year we have also added new events to our diary, such as the Power & Energy event and regional development updates for the North, South, East, and West of Yorkshire.
A full list of all our events for the year can be found here, and you can also click on the links below to access our next five conferences:

We also believe that offering 40% discounted tickets will make it easier for local decision-makers to keep their collective finger firmly on the pulse of the regional development scene at Place North’s bespoke geographically-focused and sector-led conferences.
Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner, said: “Place North has been supporting the property market for 18 years now. We are a small privately owned company that does big things, but it is only now, with our wider reach and position, that we are able to put into action some of our more strategic aspirations.
“After consulting with some of the region’s senior advisors, it was clear there is a need to do more to support registered providers and local authorities.
“Local authorities and registered providers are often the conduits to significant regeneration and housing masterplans. We are very proud to be able to take this decision to make the Place North conferences so much more accessible to these sectors.”
As well as our conferences, Place North also believes in having fun while we network – and with Place Party turning 10 this year, now is the time to book ahead for this unmissable social event for the property industry.
Held at the Kimpton in Manchester in September, it will be a night to remember!
