New face at Northern Trust

Ed Moore has joined the property company as asset manager for the North East, supporting regional property manager Steven Porter on strategic management and portfolio development.

Northern Trust has built up a portfolio across County Durham, Teesside, and Tyne & Wear that now extends to 3m sq ft across more than 1,300 individual units and office suites across 77 locations.

In his new role, Moore will focus on site management, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships with existing occupiers to promote retention. Additionally, he will lead efforts to attract new occupiers, contributing to the company’s ongoing growth in the region.
