Karbon adds to executive team

Newcastle-based Karbon Homes has promoted Sarah Robson to executive director of development and asset management.

Robson has worked at Karbon for four years as director of development and regeneration, where she led a team responsible for maintaining Karbon’s existing house stock and developing new homes.

Prior to working at Karbon, she held positions such as interim head of economic development at Newcastle City Council, corporate director – economic growth, enterprise & environment at Redland & Cleveland Borough Council, head of economic development and housing at Durham County Council, and project director at Tees Valley Regeneration.

Paul Fiddaman, group chief executive, Karbon Homes, said: “We are delighted to appoint Sarah to our executive team.

“She has led our development and regeneration work over the last four years, including our strategic partnership with Homes England which is delivering 2,200 homes across five years, and our significant investment programme across 34,000 homes.”

Ms Robson said: “Since I joined Karbon four years ago, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wonderful team of colleagues and partners, and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to build on the great work we’ve already done together.”
