- MICHAEL HEPBURN, LICHFIELDS | Michael leads a workgroup in Lichfields’ Newcastle office, focusing on housing and mixed-use schemes. His specialist experience covers development appraisals, planning applications, environmental impact assessments and development plan representations. He also prepares and gives evidence at appeal and call-in enquiries and examinations in public.
- CHRIS DONABIE, NAYLORS GAVIN BLACK | Chris specialises in investment sales and acquisitions as well as development funding and joint ventures. He has a range of clients from institutions, property companies, high net worth families and individuals, developers and local authorities.
