- DALE SINCLAIR, WSP |Dale is the head of innovation, driven to transform project delivery through innovative use of digital technologies & offsite manufacturing, collaborating with clients & contractors to harness the advantages of new manufacturing methods through kit-of-parts approaches. His global team is actively engaged in delivering cutting-edge projects. Dale is involved in many forums, helping stimulate & drive change in the built environment industry.
- ANNELIESE HUTCHINSON, GATESHEAD COUNCIL | Anneliese is the interim strategic director of economy innovation & growth at Gateshead Council and is a chartered town planner with over 30 years experience in local government. With a background in policy, planning delivery & major regeneration projects she has been involved in Heathrow Terminal 5, Staiths South Bank & all Gateshead’s major regeneration projects.
- CLLR TOM ROSS, TRAFFORD COUNCIL | Cllr Tom Ross became the Leader of Trafford Council in January 2023 & is portfolio lead for Green City-Region at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Tom was first elected to Trafford Council in 2008 & represents Stretford & Humphrey Park Ward. He has held several roles on the Council, including executive member for finance since 2019 & he has overseen each Council budget since then.
- AIDAN THATCHER, WIGAN COUNCIL | Aidan is director of place at Wigan Council & he has a wealth of experience including progressing and delivering multi-million pound regeneration schemes together with attracting significant inward investment into place making. Aidan’s approach is pro-active and solution focused to bring about regeneration & place making change that delivers tangible benefits to the industry whilst also benefiting the local community
- JOHN SEARLE, SALFORD COUNCIL John has over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sector in economic development and physical regeneration across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside with direct experience of implementing urban regeneration schemes and commercial property development. John joined Salford in November 2021 and is responsible for regeneration, property,development and investments, housing delivery, planning and building control,highways and technical services, operational services and employment and skills.
- INSIYAH KHUSHNOOD, IGLOO REGENERATION | Insiyah Khushnood is a senior development manager at igloo Regeneration, with a career spanning 20 years working in commercial, urban regeneration projects. Insiyah’s passion is to create sustainable communities that have a net positive impact on People, Place and Planet. Insiyah is based in the North East and has worked in a number of cities across the UK and different sectors, from transport, regeneration, retail and residential.
